Delivery Time and Tracking

The delivery time for any location ranges from 12 to 45 business days after the product is shipped.

Please note that we provide a tracking code for all products ordered with the shipping option that includes tracking at the time of shipping selection. If the tracking does not work on our website, it will certainly work on one of these:

Tracking codes take 1 to 3 business days to be provided by our suppliers to you, the customer.
The timeframe varies depending on the efficiency of the postal service and customs, but it typically takes between 12 to 45 days on average, with a final delivery deadline of up to 90 business days.

If the stipulated timeframe has passed, we recommend contacting the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay. If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If it is confirmed that there is a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after completing the verification process.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be successfully completed at the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will need to pick up the order at a postal agency near your address. Storage fees will be charged if the order is not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.
